A Resource for Enabling Discovery in Circular RNA Biology

CircDiscoverer is a comprehensive database designed for the exploring and characterizing circRNA–protein interactions (CPIs) across Homo sapiens, Mus musculus, Drosophila melanogaster and Arabidopsis thaliana. Leveraging both literature-validated and computationally predicted datasets, CircDiscoverer enables researchers to prioritize circRNAs for experimental validation and deeper biological insight.
CircDiscoverer includes over 200 Literatures and 445 unique predicted CPIs across these 4 organisms, of which the addition of CPIs from Drosophila melanogaster and Arabidopsis thaliana extends it towards non-mammalian and plant systems. CircDiscoverer also provides, qRT-PCR primers, guide RNAs (gRNAs) for wet-lab validation of the CPIs, with integrating information on 9 types of RNA modifications, thereby offering a rich resource for circRNA functional studies.
